Judah Philips on Analytics Trends

Great summary by Judah Philips on August's X Change Conference in SF; he describes many of the same trends we've seen, in particular the growing importance of taking on analytics not as a collection of one-off projects by smart people, but as a well-documented, repeatable, sustainable process.
